Project Let’s Mimic organised a webinar in the context of Erasmus+ Days 2025, a pan-European initiative for celebrating and showcasing Erasmus+ research projects funded by the European Commission. The webinar occurred on October 15, 2025, from 12.00 to 12.45.

The event was included in the Erasmus+ Days official program at the follpwing link Biomimicry innovation inspired by the wisdom of nature – ErasmusDays .

The audience was familiarised with biomimicry principles and steps (DEFINE, BIOLOGISE, DISCOVER, ABSTRACT, EMULATE, EVALUATE). It was also familiarised with biomimicry examples with solutions inspired by natural models and processes.

Furthermore, the audience was familiarised with LET’s MIMIC project objectives, activities, and outcomes, including a demonstration of the project’s digital biomimicry learning platform.

The event was disseminated through the University of Thessaly portal, University of Thessaly social media page, CTLL portal, CTLL social media page, University of Thessaly Department of Electrical and Computer Engineering portal, and an email to the entire University of Thessaly community, which includes 40,000 members (undergraduate and graduate students, educators, and administrators).
